How It Works: Our Ultra-Compact Aftertreatment System

Standalone or Integrated, Our Mixers Efficiently Optimize the Performance of Aftertreatment Systems

The all-in-one mixer is an ultra-compact, fully integrated aftertreatment system, featuring a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), AdBlue®/DEF mixer, SCRoF, SCR, and cleanup catalyst (AMOX).

The patented donut-swirl mixer efficiently decomposes and distributes the AdBlue/DEF mixture, optimizing SCR performance by retaining exhaust gas heat and minimizing deposit formation. SCR substrates can include SCR + SCR/AMOX or SCRoF + SCR/AMOX, depending on the application.
